2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services:

• Contact forms: Name, phone number, email address, and any message you submit voluntarily
• Appointment booking: Name, phone, selected service, preferred date
• Indiegogo backers: Data provided through the Indiegogo platform (governed by Indiegogo's privacy policy)
• Chat widget: Messages you type in the on-site chat. These are processed locally in your browser and are NOT sent to any server
• Language preference: Stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — never sent to us

We do NOT collect: cookies for tracking, IP addresses, browsing history, device fingerprints, or any data through third-party analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
• To confirm and manage dental appointments (SVYATLITSA)
• To process partnership applications (SVITA, SLYAH.AI)
• To fulfill product orders and crowdfunding rewards (SCYRA.AI, MREZA.AI)

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Form submissions are stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

5. SCYRA.AI — Edge AI Privacy

The SCYRA.AI system processes all data locally on-device (NVIDIA Jetson). Patient facial recognition, voice protocols, and dental imaging analysis happen entirely within the clinic premises. No patient data is sent to the cloud. This is a core architectural principle, not a feature toggle.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction: Request limitation of data processing
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to data processing at any time

7. Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts: Font files loaded from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log requests. See Google's Privacy Policy

• Supabase: Form backend. EU-hosted. See Supabase Privacy Policy
• Indiegogo: Crowdfunding platform for SCYRA.AI. Governed by Indiegogo's own policies

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
