1. Agreement

By accessing any website operated by LABS67 Technology Concern ("LABS67", "we", "us"), including labs67.com, svyatlitsa.com, scyra.labs67.com, academi67.com, trade.labs67.com, and svita.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LABS67 provides the following services through its ecosystem:

• SVYATLITSA: Dental clinic services including appointment booking and patient management
• SCYRA.AI: Edge AI hardware and software system for dental clinics, available through crowdfunding (Indiegogo) and direct sales
• SLYAH.AI: Clinical education and certification programs for dental professionals
• MREZA.AI: Medical technology products and equipment
• SVITA: Business concept constructor and marketplace

3. Crowdfunding (SCYRA.AI)

SCYRA.AI products offered through Indiegogo are subject to the following:

• Backing a campaign is a contribution, not a purchase. Delivery timelines are estimates.
• We commit to transparent communication about development progress, delays, and changes.
• Refund policies are governed by Indiegogo's terms. We offer refunds for unshipped rewards upon request.
• Product specifications may change during development. Backers will be notified of material changes.

4. Appointment Booking

Appointment requests submitted through svyatlitsa.com are not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from our team (via phone or email). Submitting a booking form creates a request, not a guaranteed appointment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on LABS67 websites — including text, design, code, logos, brand names, and visual assets — is the property of LABS67 Technology Concern. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Use our brand names or logos in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from SCYRA.AI software

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in any form
• Attempt to access restricted areas of our websites or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interfere with our services
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. SVITA Partners

SVITA partnerships are governed by separate agreements. These Terms of Service apply to the public website (svita.ai) only. Partnership terms and obligations are detailed in individual contracts.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Information on our websites is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. SCYRA.AI is a decision-support tool — it does not replace professional medical judgment. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

LABS67 provides its websites and services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Indiegogo, Supabase, GitHub) or their availability

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our websites. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
